Party Boys
Although i appreciate what "In The Moment" is trying to accomplish by encouraging discussion on the issue of spreading STD's, i strongly believe that the writers are sending the wrong messages. I think a perfect example could be the character EDWARD. All i see is a reckless party boy, party. I have not seen him pay any price for his fun. I have not seen him suffer any consequence what so ever. He needs to be used as an example of WHAT CAN HAPPEN IF WE BEHAVE LIKE THIS.
There is a saying "you can't teach an old dog new tricks" i don't know if i agree or disagree, but i can at least say that the younger generation of gays, is naive and extremely impressionable. We do what the media tells us is cool to do. So this message is for the writers of "In The Moment" show us why Edward's behavior is uncool. I want to see Edward die or get terminally sick. Juxtapose a FAST spiraling downfall of Edward with the tremendous joy, comfort and satisfaction of the young monogamous couple. just do it and fast!
